Innova Cleaning Solutions provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Oʻahu, Hawaii. The specific scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Bookings are confirmed once we have received your request and provided written or verbal confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule. Punctuality is important to us, though arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic or prior appointments.
We appreciate your understanding — as a small business with a full schedule, the more notice you can give us, the better for everyone.
You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled date. If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time, a visit fee may apply. Please secure or remove any valuables, fragile items, or pets prior to our arrival.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
This guarantee applies only if the property has not been entered, used, or disturbed by any person after our cleaning. Issues reported after the 24-hour window, or where the property was accessed following our service, are not covered under this guarantee.
Pricing is provided as a quote based on the scope of work, property size, and service type. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the property significantly differs from what was described. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Innova Cleaning Solutions is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during a service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the situation fairly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed prior to the appointment, or damage resulting from our inability to access certain areas.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured valuables. We strongly recommend storing jewelry, cash, and sensitive documents in a secure location before our team arrives.
Our team reserves the right to refuse or stop service if the property presents conditions that pose a health or safety risk, including but not limited to severe infestations, biohazardous materials, or unsafe structural conditions. In such cases, a visit fee may still apply.
